I'm so glad to have Paolo coming to my home town!! I would like to meet up with other fans if possible at Summerfest too. I think it will be so much better being with people who really enjoy his music and not a bunch off drunken clowns standing around the Miller stage asking "Who is this guy on stage?".

Also has the release date for his new cd been announced yet?

I hope Paolo is able to make it to Wisconsin for all of you that are waiting. If so, he might be in pretty good spirits to be there... That is, if he still remembers what a good time he had the last time when he was in Madison, WI. He said that he especially had a good time in Madison. He even referred to it as if he was referring to a really big city such as New York City or Chicago. I don't think most people would know where Madison was the way you would know where Chicago or New York City would be.

He discussed it when he was interviewed at the Brits Awards 2007, where he was nominated for an award.

Here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNxe8uKvI0M

I think Milwaukee is only about 75-80 miles from Madison. Don't know which is bigger for sure, but I think Milwaukee might be?

I couldn't interpret everything he was trying to say, but I know it was good! Smiler

I won't be going. Frowner But I'll be looking forward to hearing about it from everyone!

All I know about a release date for the anticipated album is that it is supposed to be sometime in September...

Hope he makes it! Smiler

The great sense of passing through...

Is he still scheduled to play Summerfest??? I just checked the official Summerfest website and his name has been removed from the 11pm time slot on the Miller Stage and has been changed to TBA. Anyone have any news?!

I thought that might happen. I bet he'll cancel Telluride too and won't be back in the U.S. until August. Frowner

I just hope the Vegas show isn't canceled too since SOOOO many people have booked (nonrefundable) flights and hotel rooms for this show.
