OK, could somebody find out for me. I wasn't going but a couple friends of mine (who aren't on this board) were planning to drive up there to see them.

Although I will truly be disappointed, I have a feeling that Telluride is going to be cancelled too. I will be a bit TICKED if Vegas is cancelled too. I'm a bit worried about this all now, with the plans that I had made.

This is his only headlining show and it is not til the middle of August-do you think things won't be squared away by then?????

I would love to still go but I will need to pay the penalty and save this ticket for when he really does come if he cancels Vegas! That would truly suck!!

Paolo has definitely cancelled his Summerfest appearance. I'm sad but am going to start planning for August. I am confident that he'll have the cd done by then.

I don't know what's going on in Paolo's life, and I hope no one has to lose any $$$ because of these cancellations, because that would be a sad thing... but we all have to stay true to him... He's an artist, and sometimes art has to take its own course. It can't always be scheduled like you would schedule a dentist appointment... although that's the way the music business seems to be today... everyone wanting you to pump out new stuff on their time tables. Everyone is different. God knows what is actually taking place...

Paolo is the type of artist that I would wait for and I wish him all the best. I believe this album is his next big hope, and he would naturally want to get it right...up to his expectations. You can be pulled in all sorts of directions when working with so many different people. All of the demands can become overwhelming. I hope he has wonderful, insightful, helpful people around him to work with and to encourage him.

And maybe everything that is delaying him is beyond his control??? I just wish we could get a little more information from him or his management. He really does feel like "family" to me now. I worry about him like he was one of my own.

After all, it is about the music. I'm sure if he could have stuck to the planned schedule of events, he would have.

I don't know anyone on this forum, that wouldn't stay true to Paolo..... I'm sure there are good reasons for the cancellations. As I said I'll be disappointed if he cancels Telluride.... Being ticked if he cancels Vegas doesn't mean that I'm going to be ticked at him, just the situation. I'm just really anxious to see him like everyone else here, as well as, I'm anxious to pass on the quilt and would really be upset if Telluride is cancelled and then Vegas...... an entirely new game plan will have to be arranged...

As I can see on his concert list right now... Telluride is set as the FIRST show... so,... there is still loads of hope that he won't cancel it... I'll still go and enjoy myself...lol

Yeah, but Summerfest is still on the concert list too and that's AFTER Telluride. If Summerfest is canceled, it's not looking good for Telluride. It's very disappointing.

OMG((( HE cancelled Wisconsin??? U know, if it's easy for all of u to come there- it isnt so easy for us-we r fans from Ukraine and Russia!!! and we r flying through the whole world!! Nicely....we have all fallen in love with Paolo's charming voice...i'm so sad for you that you are flying to the US and may miss hearing Paolo sing!I know some day you will get to hear his wonderful voice live and all the waiting will be worth it! Don't give-up !

I think I will still be coming to Summerfest. I got some friends to drive me who want to go. i will see many bands I never heard of, and its on Lake Michigan!

I live in Milwaukee so I'll be at Summerfest, too. If you have a chance, check out Ari Herstand and Todd Carey. They'll both be performing and I think you'll like them.

The fact that Paolo is still doing Telluride on the 20th is making me very very sad. I can't believe he won't be in Milwaukee six days later. I hope he adds more dates when he comes back in August to make it up to us.
