I think Colorado was one of the few places Paolo really got to enjoy himself in America while he was out on tour last year ...from what I remember... I hope he has a great "Colorado Rocky Mountain High" experience, to quote John Denver's lyrics!!!

You ladies (and gentlemen?) that get to go are so very lucky! You get to see him again, and you get to hear his new music (and FIRST, at that!!!). All this at a beautiful time of the year, in beautiful surroundings. Sounds magical...

I can't wait to hear about it all.

The jeep is packed with home-made wine, growlers of beer from the local brewery and maybe a little cosmic dust...HAH...who knows?

I intend to have a lot of festivating spirit....and I love camping out under the Colorado stars.

Yeah, when they were here last year.... Paolo, Donny and Mick all mentioned how much they loved Colorado, (we didn't talk to Jim until Texas, so we never got his colorado opinion).... Donny said that he especially loved Boulder.... (it's a pretty cool place).... Anyway, it's a cool state... ya 'all should head here for a visit....


Although I've only seen pictures of Telluride, it I know that it is beautiful up there... heck....... the entire mountain region is gorgeous....

Festivate till you can festivate no more!!! The camping experience adds to it all... love camping under the moon and the stars! After a night of listening to Paolo - wonderful, celestial being that he is... (he is being escorted to the gig on a mothership, mind you... ) kicking back and enjoying the great outdoors sounds like a dream! I hope all goes well for everyone.

Yeah, I've seen some pics of Telluride, too; and it definitely is a wonderland!!! No doubt the guys were captivated. I hope they get the time to enjoy it this time, as well.

Must be a trip to actually get to talk them ...and touch... I've seen some nice pics of you all with them.

I have a question for you... if the opportunity arises, and it comes to mind... could you ask Paolo about his gold necklace? I am always drawn to it and I wonder if it is a Catholic saint, or some other figure? Someone thought it was a fish... I saw a pic that was quite close and it looked like it had a face on it... I don't know why I have such an interest in it, no telling... but it comes to mind quite frequently... If you could, I'd be mighty grateful...

Glad he's still going to be at Telluride. It makes perfect sense to me. He can make Telluride....but can't do the Dave Matthews shows which were only a few days before (he had to cancel because he'll still be working on the new cd)....and he can't do Summerfest which is only a few days AFTER Telluride (he had to cancel because he'll still be working on the new cd). Yeah, I get it.

I'm with Michelle. Dragging themselves and all their gear all that way on what's at least an 8 hour flight to do just one gig???

I agree... although he is stressing that he's going to be there.... I'm waiting until vegas to give him the quilt....

Do you know how bad it would suck to lug that thing in the heat or rain, (after all it's festival season and it's one or the other), then him not be there.... IT WOULD SUCK MORE than I could express.....

Vegas, is where I'm going and have to give it to him.... even if I have to sleep on park benches....... I've got to do it there.....

Be sure to take lots of photos ladies so those of us who can't make it can live vicariously through you all...
