Just stopping by on behalf of Kathy to let you know that she says gig was amazing and Mick and
PAolo saw her and waved. She was able to get some videos and stills too. She will post those as soon as she is able. Told me that the crowd was completely wowed by Mr. Nutini Razzer...And rightfully so

It sounded like they were wowed and then some. So were the fans at home, when we weren't swearing at our less than cooperative media players.

aawwwww ... yeah I finally heard Candy ... played it at least twice this morning. There are a couple of other new songs that I am fond of as well too. Does it sound like the new album is leaning towards the country side?

Most definitely. Now it makes more sense as to why he canceled the Dave Matthews shows and Summerfest, but still played the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

I have to admit, the first thing I thought when I listened to a lot of the new stuff was "wtf?!" I do really like "Candy", though, and "Tricks of the Trade" is really good too.

Candy is brilliant, looks like he's going all out country. the absence of rainbows and running on empty leads me to suspect maybe he's doing what he said in that interview... releasing a country like album alongside an album of his usual genre at least i really hope so Confused

cos i know our time is gonna come Smiler
