I took a look at the rest of the pictures you posted on MySpace. I can't thank you enough for all of the wonderful pics you got of Paolo. Cool And the pics with your mom, indeed, are exceptional. She must have some extra-special quality to get Paolo to smile so brightly! I swear, I think I saw his eyes twinkling, too!!! Smiler

I went to the gig as well... it was wonderful. Though I did not think that I would manage it I was in the second row during the gig, in front of Donny. I guess the new songs fit in really well. "Candy" is definitely my favourite of the new ones, but I also loved "Worried man" and "Coming home". I do hope he will be playing Germany again soon, would like to see him again.

Incidentally my dad had seen Paolo, Donny and Seamus before the gig at about 8 p.m. They were walking around, being slightly unoriented, but eventually managed to find back to the venue, luckily. I scold my dad for not having said something, not even “good evening” or something... it took my dad a while to recognize Paolo though, he first recognized Donny.

Meeting the guys was fun. I had a collage of photos of the Carcassonne gig last year with me - photos of meeting the guys and one pic showing Mike during the show. He signed it and, considering himself too serious on the picture, decorated the photo with a moustache and glasses. A gifted artist, that guy! Donny signed it too, so did Paolo. I told him that “Jenny don’t be hasty” was brilliant, mentioning that I am biased because my name is Jenny, for which he shook my hand. I thought them to be very debonair, signing all these things and talking to everyone as there were so many people!

I also liked the support act Spleen. Got their CD and all the band members signed it. And a handsome guitar player they have!

I will post some pictures later...
