I think we should all put everyone's cell #'s on speed dial, and when a sighting occurs..........bammity blew....everybody knows and can make a beeline to that location. Just a thought.

Walkie talkies would be faster.

And you'll have to be able to move in the correct direction in a split second. There's no time for stopping to check the map of the hotel complex to figure out where you are in relation to where he's been sighted.
