Hi everyone,
I'm so psyched about these gigs, as i'm going to be in the UK between the 9th and 15th of October. I'm just figuring out which place would be easiest to get to and/or has the nicest venue. Being from Australia i wouldn't have a clue about this (although google earth is somewhat helpful!). Any suggestions? I also read on a website that tickets will probably be between 20 and 25 pounds Smiler
I was hoping Paolo and co would announce some shows around october, but this is awesome Smiler

Hi AussieNay - Newcastle will be a great gig, Theres a few of us thinking of attending that gig and any of the Glasgow gigs, home gigs always blow you away & the venue in Glasgow is really nice - Ive attended many gigs in the academy & I love it. (although I love King Tuts & the Barrowlands more)

Cool

i was looking up on google earth and it seems Newcastle would be easiest to get to by train from London.I would love to go to the Glasgow gigs (hometown gigs are always awesome indeed) but i am meant to be in Vienna visiting friends then Frowner just bad timing for that show....
I'm flying out of australia on the 10th, so wondering how quickly tickets to the newcastle gig will sell...and what kind of set up is it? is it allocated seating or first in best dressed on the night. Thanks for your reply Smiler

Buy your tickets from the website and when prompted take the 'collect at box office' option. Its mostly standing at gigs, I havent been to the Newscastle venue so I cant comment, the Academy in Glasgow has tiered seating in the balcony.

Ticket will sell quickly so you'll have to be prompt on the morning they go onsale Cool

bonniebabe you wouldnt choose the 'collect at box office' option, you'd just have them sent. I think because AussieNay is travelling from Australia the tickets would be no good to her at home Wink

When I booked the tickets for the previous concert in London, I got a message, that the postal service was so uncertain, that instead of sending them, I would get tickets at the venue at the day of the concert. It worked out fine.

I would love to go for another gig with Paolo – especially - at his home town. Only problem is, its so much more expensive - London's just the cheapest place to go from here.

London is the most expensive city in the UK & probably Europe so it would probably work out the same price having a more expensive flight and everything else is cheaper.
