I posted a discussion earlier but i don't think my description was clear.

I am looking to swap two standing tickets for seated. I'm going with my dad, he was taken ill a short while ago and can't stand for long periods.

I have tried many other ways to change them and the only way so far is that the venue will put him in a disabled seat but i'm not allowed to sit with him.
