That's Gavin the one who plays the huffy puffy blowey things. Wink

Also, I'm worrying about the zip file I downloaded. I've downloaded stuff from Sendspace before, but not long after doing it today (and opening the file) I got a message saying that some malware program was trying to download itself onto my computer. I've gotten this message two separate times I've been online now and I was wondering if anyone else was having ths problem. It may be totally unrelated to batty-ann's file but I've only been on sites I know. Confused It could be just a malicious thing going around to, so be careful everyone.

Ahhh....Love the pictures, Kat! The view of the mountains is gorgeous! I do love Paolo's longer hair (as well as Donny's). Norma, I believe that "dark haired cutie in the hat" is Gavin. He's the one who played trumpet on "What a Wonderful World" at Live Earth.

Can't wait to see more pictures and videos!

whats wrong with paolo's voice? has something happened thats made his voice seem smaller and weaker? compare his performace at telluride to the ABC gig at glasgow in september 2006 and he sounds like a shadow of his former self. The 1st time i heared paolo i was in awe of his strong, commanding and emotional voice but now that is no longer there i really do fear for him. I really hope he's just putting this willy nelson voice impersonation on just until he releases the real album and goes back to his shivering soulful voice that he does best.

cos i know our time is gonna come Smiler

Patricia...his voice was not as strong as usual because of the very high altitude...I noticed MOST of the musicians were sounding a little out of breath also...
as well as dealing with guitars/mandolins that went out of tune after a few songs...just the altitude...
Atlantic Records could have flown Paolo in a few days earlier so he could get acclimated(sp?) but now that the band has grown to almost double the members it would have cost a fortune in hotel bills...LOL!

Kimpy, I didn't even think of the altitude affecting his voice. Thanks for pointing that out. I know when I was in Keystone, many of the people I traveled with were affected by the altitude. Do you know if Telluride is higher than Keystone? Just curious.
