This is what caused me to think that Newton sort of gave Paolo the idea to do the Jungle Book song. It's a video from the Manchester Apollo show and it's one of the first times he sang the song. Paolo mentions at the beginning how he was watching Newton the night before and how he liked that Newton "did the cartoon song" (I'm assuming he means the SpongeBob theme) and how he's going to sing one too.

Gabriel Rios,born in Puert Rico,living in Belgium... And Lol..look what i found while checking him out on youtube  : I wana be like youQuite different than Paolo's version,but i love it,too. Woah.. People who are not from Holland or Belgium that know Gabriel Rios! Haha.. weiiiird!
I have LOVED him for ages (which makes sense as a lot of people know him here). He's amazing live, as are Newton and Justin. All seen 'm (a couple of times) recently. Especially Justin has so much energy in his live shows compared to the cd. He even added an extra guitar player since a month or so. Made the whole show in Holland last week much more gritty compared to the show I saw in September. Criminal rocked live! *randomly popped my head in here * |

 There's not much Paolo news for me at the moment so I only rarely drop by. But seeing Newton, Gabriel and Justin mentioned in one topic, was too much to ignore. Justin and his band are lovely. Saw them 3 times now and they really do rock. In the other artists department I'm still really addicted to Sara Bareilles (you probably heard of her as I think she toured with Paolo). And I also really like Emerson Hart and Jon McLaughlin and a Dutch jazz band called Room Eleven |

I know he is playing in NY I would love love love to come but I doubt that will happen... I am on a college budget haha and you know he added two more shows He is playing in Denver on Jan. 21 at the Soiled Dove so Kat might not have to go so far and then he added a show in Los Angeles on Jan 29 I wish he would come to Atlanta that would be amazing or at least somewhere in the South... I feel like we get left out alot haha I am going to check on tickets in NY right now just in case I could maybe get there some how!
