I don't want to saturate the forum with useless thread but I really like this interview and want to be sure that everyone can see it...

http://www.stv.tv/out/showArticle.jsp?source=opencms&ar...olo_Nutini_interview

Thanks to Ani I've discovered this. Paolo is naturally gracefull (in my opinion)on it and I particularly like the part where he's talking about his name and that he thought to change it ! (but I don't understand the other name he wanted to take instead as unfortunately I don't understand all what he says). Anyway, I like the way he is and when he laughs too.
I'm 26 and feel weird, almost like a teenager idolizing a singer... sometimes I feel quite uncomfortable with all of this : always listening to the album, going to the forums, looking for news stuffs about Paolo, it's becoming obsessive ! at the same time I think : "who cares ? just enjoy this !" ("And I'm dealing with dilemmas..." Big Grin) cause it's not so often that I care so much about a band or an artist. Emm... I'm too much confident tonight, but I needed to say these things, now I feel a little better ! Don't wanted to bother you guys ! So, just watch this interview, have a good time and for my part I'm going to smoke a last cigarette, watch some Paolo's youtube stuffs and even if he didn't kissed me in the hallway, then I took myself straight to bed ! (don't know if you'll catch my humour) Roll Eyes

Big Grin
I love your sense of humour !!!!!!
Don't worry girl....i'm 42,could be his mother. What the hell should i say ?!
But all my lifetime I have been a great fan of music, myself playing in a band,a kind of young at heart and travelling around Europe to go to concerts...who cares ?!
This is just the stunning power of music and Paolo is just more than a teen idol. He is a great singer and has a voice that pulls on one's heartstrings. That's it. Razzer
So,let's just enjoy it...cause in this world today there are a lot of things to worry about.
Cheers !!!

Scientist Nurse, I just feel the same.
I am 25, It's the first time in my life, (since Oasis), I wrote post in a forum, I lookout for any moment i could see Paolo on TV... Bref it's the first time since 10 years I have such a big artistic crush on someone.
Maybe,it's because we are sincerely touched by his talent, maybe it's an usual reaction for such a thing!!!
Did you see him at the Elysée Montmartre?

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God, i'm glad I'm not alone. I'm 34, completely & happily engaged. It's not that kinda thing. But not since Sublime in 1993 has any artist/band hit me so hard. 'Tis a bit odd to be writing in a forum about some musician, but I'm so darned impressed by him! And it's my current mission in life to help make him famous in the U.S. so he'll tour here!!!!!!!!! Plus I'm scouring & scrounging on all the forums I can for info on T-Shirts, lol.
