he was completely drunk,he had some money,didn't know what to do with them and thought:we don't we go to do a tatoo??they were in texas,and the lone star is sth like the symbol of texas,so they all did it but paUlo wanted to 4 stars even if these are suposed do be done only one(that's why they call it lone!lol!)but he had money only for 3,so there you go....
