My friend and I went to the concert, without tickets.... as I had a made a really big mistake earlier. One day I was about to buy the tickets online but then I didnt have my credit card on me, so I went to bed .. and had a dream they were sold out.. only to see them sold out the next day.. let me tell you i cried for hours. So we went to the concert, hoping to get tickets off of someone and we managed to get tickets that were originally $12.50 , lets just say... a few more than 4 times the price...anyways we finally got in, and went upstairs to get some drinks, where we saw mike so we talked to him for a bit, and took a photo! (hes really nice) and im not a big follower of all the 'groupie' stuff, but i decided to take a photo as he was a real nice guy. Then in the show we were lucky enough to move up really close, i think like 3 people back
it was really nice and intimate.. and after the show we waited int he cold for 20 minutes and then as we were about to get into the cab I looked inside the venue and saw Paolo just standing there talking to this girl, so i went up and tapped him on the shoulder a nd askedhim to take a photo, and of course he said yes. Then I asked him to talk to my cousin, who couldnt come to the concert (and no joke is his biggest fan) and.. again he said yes.. they pretty much had a full conversation, as it lasted a few minutes... and then when he left it was rather weird as he gave us a wave goodbye but it was like he was making sure that we saw it, and then he walked away with this sketchbag drunk girl (who was rather annoying the entire night) |
