It's just a parody. They're just making fun (I think) of the fact that they can't understand what paolo says when he speaks, that explains the name of the "album"

I actually thought it was quite funny to be honest. I mean, it's nothing against Paolo personally and it's true that some people, especially those who aren't native English speakers, have problems understanding him at first when they're not used to his accent. And who knows, maybe they're even making fun of those people who don't seem to try and understand other accents at all. Either way, it should not be taken too seriously.
I had a laugh out loud at it. "And if you can't tell what he's on about, joing the F---ing club." I took it to be satire in the form of Wierd Al Yankovic. Not to be cruel but to pay tribute and poke a little good-natured fun. I hope Paolo wouldn't have a problem with it, the same way Kurt Cobain and company laughed off Wierd Al's "Smells like Nirvana" which he did because nobody could understand what they were screaming either. All in good fun.
I found it funny too but I'm really thinking a video like that for Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam would be more appropriate. I have NO idea what he's singing most of the time!
