seems like a bread roll, a sandwich. The picture seems false cuz of his expression and the hair in his face which was obviusly not naturally in this position, lol.
I didnt think this water in the paper packages would draw so much attention around here lol...see the advertiser who got that idea was brilliant and became rich for sure. Next is going to be plastic  And the bra thing, its true lol. You really can hide everything in your clothes, cuz theyre generally not allowed to touch you (I've been checked once I think). The crotch thing is funny too, it couldve fallen easily through his trouser legs lol.
