I'm tempted to suggest the name Woody.

Maverick
Gin Dust
The Duke
Sue - from "A Boy Named Sue"

I just uncovered a couple names for Donny's if he needs suggestions for his guitars.

Does he want a proper name for it? Like first, middle and surname?

Michelle, the one in your signature, I think that he has had for quite sometime.

If you review videos and pictures, he had it at the end of spring and beginning of summer. I know that he played it at Glastonbury.

The 1st one that you posted, I think that he got at the beginning of the fall tour. You don't see it in any photos prior to the fall tour...

I've been known to be wrong...quite a bit....lol

I took that picture in June at the Newbury Comics in-store appearance so he had it then. I'm pretty sure that's the one that's still unnamed, though.

Michael has a new Bass who currently sits nameless and is seeking a new name for him.

The prize in this competition is the ability to gloat to all your friends that you named Michaels Bass Smiler

Add your suggestions for the new Bass name here and Michael will choose the winner himself Big Grin

This may run for sometime and doesnt have a closing date, it will close when Michael has chosen a name.

I'll start.

I like Stanley & Jinky

My suggestion is Isosceles.
If you remember that's the name that Kramer, on Seinfeld, said he liked and would name his child that, if he had one.

I'm assuming that we will be able to post more than one choice.....

My first suggestion is:

Domenico Carlo Maria Dragonetti
Dragonfor short...

Now, I'm aware that his bass isn't a double bass, but.... I feel that since it has been left un-named for so long it needs a very powerful name....

K.

Since a bass sounds as deep as it does, I suggest the name "Taranis" or "Taran".

TARANIS
Gender: Masculine

Usage: Celtic Mythology

Derived from Celtic taran meaning "thunder", cognate with Þórr (see THOR). This was the name of the Gaulish thunder god, who was often identified with the Roman god Jupiter.
