i can't stand this programme, it's sheer chav tat, the lookalike thing they do with people in the street is cringeworthy, the "tricks" they play on people are ridiculously unfunny, and don't get me started on that spinning wheel game. i've endured this programme far too many times for bands i like only to be left disappointed as it's so clear how boring it is for them, that by the end when they actually perform their song, they're either bored shitless, drunk.... or both!

I'm inclined to agree with you there. It's trashy TV and poor at that, bring back TFI Friday and Chris Evans!

I quite like JLC but this show just isn't very good and Alan Carr is an awful co-host.

The Cooler is mainly a Saturday night phenomenon - I'll be there tomorrow night Smiler

Also I've got a croquet match away at Cheltenham tomorrow.

Indeed, what was the point of that? The audience didn't get it much, did they? Roll Eyes

I know, but imagine how the lads felt! Plus they were ruddy miles away from the crowd. I've been in that studio a few times and it is a cavern. Not in a good way.

i suppose it shows how much work you have to do when you have a single/album to promote. All those interviews as well, especially now having to justify the cover art! I'd imagine that's the downside to being in a band?

Think they were planning to play live but may have had to mime due to their late arrival from Ibiza. Only landed at Gatwick 30 mins before they were meant to be at studio!
