Hard-Fi to me, are like that glowing light you see out the window when you are sitting in your chair in a retirement home. They are band that you just don't tell anyone about, like they are your little secret.

Big Grin Hard-Fi I love you, better do better. X

OUATITW was, as far as I could tell, the only album by any of the British headline-tour acts that were released that year that did not go into the HMV sale this summer. It's still selling at full price, and seemingly still selling. Similarly, In Operation you can only get cheap second hand and you can't get the indie CCTV for less than £40, which is impressive four-plus years after the fact and during recession.

It's hard for casual observers to predict what is going to happen with ticket sales and live music, but the trend seems to be that it is getting more and more important so the band will have to crack that nut but apart from that I think you're being simplistic.

Play.com.......

Hard-Fi - Once Upon A Time In The West | CD
£2.99 Free Delivery | You Save £7.00 (70%)
In stock | Usually dispatched within 24 hours

But some good news......

Hard-Fi - Stars Of CCTV | CD
£7.99 Free Delivery | You Save £2.00 (20%)
In stock | Usually dispatched within 24 hours

Hard-Fi could easily be one of the biggest bands in the UK (have you seen the competiton it should be a walk in the park for Hard-Fi) but due to laziness and some people on here who want to keep Hard-Fi a small band and don't want them to grow for one reason or another then it will never happen, I hope this wont be the last album they do but I have a feeling it might be. It is all down to them end of the day it's all about how much they want it and how hard they'll work for it.

When you go in HMV.....OUATITW is like £15 that's how much Hard-Fi have been forgot about, they forgot to change the price. Don't come on here and say either maybe it's because people are buying it which can't be true as new albums are like £8.

You could be right but from what I have seen
the prices change all the time. However if you want to be gloomy go ahead.

I ain't being gloomy. I am just being honest. Hopefully what I am saying will spur the band on to make an album that will sell because the dream will be over for them if they ain't successful with the next album. This is a market they should be dominating, they are from the UK have you seen some of the crap that is out at the moment? Hard-Fi should be up there with Oasis and Blur not The Darkness that people forget about.
